Development Finance

Development funding can be for conversions of property, or new builds – whether a single house, a multiple unit project including houses and apartment blocks.   Our key skill is identify likely obstacles to lenders prior to sourcing funding to ensure the project has the highest chance of being funded.

Our experience with both residential and commercial projects allows us to assist a wide range of clients who are looking to find a funding partner.   All projects are unique, so each case is reviewed individually to source the right financial structure, whether it be senior debt finance, stretched senior, or a combination of senor / mezz.  For the right project, equity partners can be sourced.

Bridge Finance

Typically a short term mortgage, with a higher cost of Borrowing.  Projects range from development to refurbishment projects that do not qualify for traditional mortgages, to  properties that are on a planning journey.

Bridging loans can be complicated and an exit strategy should be in place – we can help!

Investment Finance

These can be single assets or portfolios and lending is generally up to 85% loan to value (LTV).

Each specific case will depend upon the property type, property location and tenancy type. There are a wide range of lenders that operate in this sector and we will match your requirements on pricing, gearing, repayment type and loan term.
